Whenever possible, we will use our own remote support software to try to help you with your problem.

After you speak to us, you will be asked to install a small piece of software on your computer. With this software, we can then securely connect to your computer, laptop, tablet or mobile and take over or view it.
This way, we can then quickly help you solve your problem. In the unlikely event that remote support does not work, we will schedule an appointment with you to come to your site and fix the problem.
